Sound Healing
Sound healing is rooted in many enduring traditions, including Tibetan and Indian spiritual practices, Indigenous drumming, and Gregorian chanting. In my sessions, I use a combination of singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums, and my own voice to create specific frequencies and tones that are intuitively selected to best address your needs.


What will you experience in a session?
A sound healing session with me lasts 75 minutes. During the first 15 minutes, we’ll discuss your reason for visiting, which helps me select specific instruments tailored to your needs. We’ll then ease into a natural yet controlled breath while you settle into a comfortable position, either lying down or seated. You'll be surrounded by carefully placed instruments chosen to ensure you receive the most beneficial vibrations throughout the session.



How will you know if sound healing is right for you?
If you are experiencing physical, emotional, or energetic stress, sound healing could be a powerful and supportive option.
Physically, it promotes deep relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, easing muscle tension, lowering blood pressure and heart rate, improving sleep, boosting immune function, and relieving pain, including chronic discomfort and tension headaches.
On a mental and emotional level, sound healing can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while enhancing clarity, focus, emotional release, and overall well-being.
Energetically and spiritually, it supports chakra balancing, the release of blockages, deeper states of meditation and mindfulness, and a stronger connection to your intuition and inner wisdom.
